How to find motivation?

In 'Thiaouba Prophecy', Earth is described as a 'Planet of Sorrows'. There, through suffering, we have to learn few basic values, such as don't kill, don't steal, don't lie, don't commit adultery, don't be jealous of others, etc. More or less, these basic values are summarized by the Ten Commandments. Mastering or truly understanding these basic values is our only way out of this bittersweet 'first-level' existence. I really want to achieve progress in this area but it is so difficult to achieve something you don't understand. To succeed it is crucial to know what tools you have at your disposal and have a clear game plan.

From your Freedom of Choice book it becomes clear that the tools I can use are meditation and concentration. I am a reasonably intelligent person and see the benefits of your approach but I just cannot seem to find enough motivation to meditate each day.

Does that mean that I am not ready for it yet, or that I have to look for a different approach?

Everyone I know (myself included) has exactly the same problem. Finding the motivation WITHIN is one of the most difficult things in life.

What works for me quite well is a)reminding myself the EFFECTS of my previous meditation and concentration practice b)restoring The Big Picture and my Final Goal in the Universe in my mind.
