Are we born intelligent?

Tom, does one's intelligence 'pass on' from lifetime to lifetime? Can you explain how, succinctly and scientifically?

Joshua

There is only ONE skill that you really need when you are born: ability to learn how to learn. It is the "kernel" of our consciousness. Hence - this is the most important skill that you can acquire in any lifetime. Every NEXT thing that you learn helps you to develop this essential skill.

There is no need to "remember" much at all - most of the "old information" in the new environment is just clutter.

I do not fully understand the process of passing on the information, but I am working on it. I just know that I can INSIST on remaining conscious. For more details about the physics of such a process please see this article and The Book.
