Wouldn't most people find the idea that 'you choose/preview your own life before you actually start living it' extremely difficult to understand? I mean, when people don't understand (or don't see the need to understand) many simpler ideas/concepts, how are they supposed to even begin understanding (or contemplating) such things as previous lives or higher selves?
Observing people in everyday life, I've come to the conclusion that people generally prefer to remain 'socially accepted', no matter what it takes. The prevailing social 'push' seems to portray absolute individuality as something to be avoided, as it promotes/causes social divide. People are 'allowed' to be individual, but 'only as far' (which is not very far at all).
I find that as soon as people are confronted with ANYTHING that remotely goes 'beyond the norm', they 'decide' that it is 'crazy' or 'off the planet'.
So, it seems people's attitudes in general are developed without them being aware of the above.
Observing people makes me conclude that 'ways of thinking' are 'programmed' over many years. Or have people accepted the manner in which their intelligence develops BEFORE they were born?
What's the best way to 'make people think'? Many people say that they 'think about things often', but it's 'within the society norms' that this thinking seems to occur. If you give most people the 'Freedom of Choice' to read, most won't even start reading it, due to 'their own views' about 'looney, new-age cults'. I've also had many people simply say: 'This book has brainwashed you'. People don't see the need to realize that 'PROOF is mostly intellectual/logical' - they would prefer 'scietific' or 'found-in-a-journal' proof.
With attitudes like this out there, is it likely that this type of situation is INTENDED to exist on EARTH? Is it PLANNED that a certain number of people on this planet will remain ignorant, to preserve Earth's 'first category' status? Can the Earth ever become a planet of a higher category?

Can a kindergarten become a University?
Kindergartens exist because they are needed by people at certain stage of evolution.
As you know, our choices are determined and limited by our Intellect and our Understanding of Reality. Do you realize that some people may choose to live on Earth just because they know that there are McDonald's here?
There is nothing you can do. Everyone has The Freedom of Choice. The Freedom of Choice is necessary for anyone to learn anything. Note that those who have eyes and actually DO see - learn also from choices of other people...
How to inspire people to THINK? I wrote the book, but I cannot and will not force anyone to read it. You can only bring a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink it.
Tom
Agree. I guess the best thing to do is work on the way in which the 'horse is lead to the water' as well as 'what the horse thinks about the water' before he's even seen it.

If a horse doesn't feel any need for water and prefers to sniff halucinogens, there is nothing we can do to make him drink.
My current view is that we should LET horse live its life according to its preferences, even if we KNOW that it may lead to the horse self-destruction.
The Universe is Designed to be Self-Correcting so that it eventually will be inhabited only by the Best of the Best. Aiming to design anything else in The Beginning would be an insult to any evolved Intellect. For more details about this please read the sequel to The Freedom of Choice.
