Coming back from astral?

Something has been bothering me lately and although I have made my own logical conclusions about to it, I will ask you anyway..

Why is it that when we black out before sleeping, go in the astral, and then come back to our physical consciousness, there is NO paralysis, in comparison to the conscious seperation of the physical and the astral when coming back from an astral projection ?

My conclusion is that the last dream recollection is 'lagged' (as in computer/modem lag) and we see it while our body recovers from that state of paralysis. Your thoughts ?

To me it is simple. When we go asleep, we are all the time in the physical body.

Only when our consciousness is separate from the physical body AND we become aware of it - our physical body feels strange or uncontrollable.

Separation may be directed by HS or be a result of our conscious effort.
