Controlling panick attacks?

Do you have any methods of selfcontrol if you are having panick attacks ?

The best is to start working on your Self during times when you do not have one.

When you are calm and happy, analyse reasons and consequences of panick WITHIN yourself. Then try to have 3 quick panick attacks in a row, one after another. When you start laughing about your trials - you are in control.
