Hi Tom, In The Book mentions that we see a 'film' of out life before accepting to live it. This film is then erased whether we accept the life or not.
Does this mean our life is already mapped out or is it just the major events. How does this affect our freedom of choice ?

It is a "scenario" or a "curriculum" that we agree to participate in. It is like choosing what to study - medicine, physics, art or engineering. When you enroll in a course of study by your Free Will - is your freedom of choice compromised?
In this life - as in any school - you can choose to be a good student, excel, bimbo around or quit the school altogether (commit suicide). Note that you can change your mind almost any time. By choosing this life, you made certain commitment to YOURSELF.
Some external events and circumstances are "mapped" - simply because they are DESIGNED by our teachers and Higher Selves. The role of such pre-designed events is identical to the role of "unexpected questions" at any examination. The purpose of life is to keep making choices and demonstrate our understanding (or the lack of it).
