Drugs and the cycle of life

It has occurred to me the other day, about how you said on The Book websiteabout people who use drugs risk being reborn with certain defencies, etc..

I therefore figured, that if one's own choices affect his mind, and the mind controls all aspects of the body {largest to smallest matter, body hardwares/softwares} then in terms of pregnancy, if a mother recieves drugs herself {medical drugs for pain that are effective similar in drugging to dental drugs like novacaine} during labor pains, and/or if a father had used drugs in the past {thc or dental, medical drugs of the same function} and then a baby is born in some way deficient {not relating to his/her conscious source} hence there could certainly be a correlation to the parents.

Too many times I hear myself thinking that sexual reproduction is only a physical phenomenon. If it is just the parent's uses/unaware behaviour in this way, and not the child being born {unless children, before they're born, choosing parents, are somehow 'bound' by drug-chemicals from their electrons to the electrons of the drugged parents by their own polluted electrons that auto-misprogram the psyche}, then the child should be born normal, hypothetically.

Constructing every organ in the body from a single ebryonic cell requires PHENOMENAL amount of information and intelligence. It is most certainly NOT a purely physical process. If it was - we would build spare brains in factories.

I have heard about cases of perfectly normal babies being born to drug addicts. If a child's astral body is evolved and intelligent enough to "filter out" the incoming misinfomation - the body should be made perfectly normal.

Is coping with such extreme disturbances another type of lesson for us to learn?
