Would you say that people associate occuring natural disasters with the necessity of having a qualified leader?
Most of the people don't even consider themselves as part of nature...
I don't know how to communicate on such a level of consciousness with people who simply do not understand what I am trying to say.
It often happened to me that even people who have more intelligence offend me and try to stop me talking because they consider these most natural topics as dreams and unreal.
How to wake someone up, who is totally confident and satisfied with his current existance? How to wake people up who enjoy living in materialism, parties, politics, economics and consumism? I don't know...

Natural disasters that threaten THEM would make them think and re-evaluate their attitude.
When people face losing all their posessions they are more likely to appreciate the idea of a leadership that aims to predict and prevent disasters.
In such a situation they are also more likely to appreciate the advice "seek after the treasure that is unfailing, where no moth comes to consume and no worm destroys..." [2].

"Imagination is more important than knowledge" wrote Albert Einstein, 1879-1955,German-born Physicist.
Hi Tom, In The Freedom book you referred to how society measures progess on the basis of money. How do you measure your spiritual progress and how do you determine the best method to ensure the most rapid progress.

Everyday I try to improve my understanding of the Observable Reality of the Universe. Everyday I test my understanding by trying to develop better explanations and predict future (planetary) events on the basis of past and current observations.
Everyday I ask myself "What new have I understood today? What do I aim to understand tomorrow? How do I test my understanding? Is my understanding coherent or are there any inconsistencies/conflicts to resolve? "

I do understand your above answer. Thank you!

I forgot to mention that my understanding is publically questioned nearly everyday (this Forum is one example). This continuous stream of questions helps me to identify my weak points and analyse problems that I didn't consider before.
