Reason for clutter to exist?

Hi Tom, There is so much information and misinformation on spirituality, aliens, earth history on the web and in books etc. If our purpose is to grow spirituality, why would our higher selves allow such nonsense to come through to us, given that many people obtain this information from meditations and concentration

The main reason for misinformation and clutter to exist is to give us the opportunity to practice making CHOICES. Clutter provides the necessary contrast, so that the real gem is easier to notice.

Suppose that everything is "filtered" or "censored" for you by "someone". Can you IMAGINE how would it feel? Don't you think that such a censoring would eliminate the necessity for THINKING?
