Reports from hell?

Hi Tom, am rapt by your book 'The Freedom Of Choice'. I just have one nagging question, and I hope it wasn't covered elsewhere. What about the hellish near-death experiences that are reported from time to time. What are these people who have such experiences really dealing with?
