Suction pump?

Do you know about the law of vacuum : That wherein entities move towards the Light, wherein entities move toward higher spiritual dimensions, wherein entities move toward higher levels of consciousness; these entities create a vacuum which draws others to fill that void which the entity left behind, and in this manner when one entity progresses toward higher levels of awareness, others are drawn toward higher levels of awareness. Seems promising

Be careful. Development of consciousness is not a "suction pump".

An ignorant will remain ignorant, no matter how much suction is applied.

Those who promote the "suction pump" concepts give evidence that they have absolutely no idea about the evolution of Consciousness and the Reality of the Universe. Have you explored their MOTIVES? What do they promise?

Higher "dimensions"? Have you seen the "4-th density" topic at this Forum?

Well, I don't know about the acuracy of that law - but I did understand it like this : when one understands more, this fact will push/help/trigger someone else to wake up and begin his research...

If you doubt in the accuracy of an explanation - please do NOT call it a "law". The Reality of the development of Understanding on Earth is quite different.

It seems that the more advanced the idea - the more it is ridiculed, distorted, misused and perverted by ignorants.

This includes ideas communicated by the most advanced people who ever walked on Earth, such as Jesus. As you know, he demonstrated the immortality of Consciousness. I am sure that he had made conscious progress as a result of his effort.

Today, warmongers go to church so that they can drop their bombs in the name of God and Jesus... They don't hesitate to ask God and Jesus for "protection". Do you call it "waking up" and "beginning the search"?

Hi Tom, I agree. No-one else influences your spiritual progress but yourself and your higher self, and these types of beliefs about vacuums remove any motivation for a person to develop spiritually. All of these theories/ideas bandied around in the word "spiritual" pervert the fact that true spiritual progress takes a lot of self-discipline and hard effort. They try to make it easy for people and create ideas that the world is moving to another dimension, if our neighbour raises his/her consciousness than our consciousness grows automatically etc. Of course we get assisted when we are right and of course we get assisted when we are wrong but that is by our higher self. We don't get assisted by someone elses conscious evolution unless we observe, learn and understand their achievements and then put them into practice for ourselves and test whether they work or not for us.

Gurus brainwash people into believing that by simply being in their presence that their followers will reach self-realisation, become gods etc etc. If it were that easy most of us could have packed up and joined the great spirit long ago.
