What leaders want?
Hi, I read your book a couple of times, and also the Thiaoouba Prophecy book. Something inside of me tells me that there's alot of truth in those books. Look, I was raised in a very religious family. I used to go to church- like meetings. The leaders in that church always say that it is not a religion or anything like that, but that it's just the "truth of God". I have to admit that they are different from other churches in the sense that they do not collect or ask any body for money at all, it's more like helping them with food or unexpensive clothes, but not money. But I do think that they have a religion based mentality because even though they don't say it clearly, they keep remainding members all the time that we might loose our place in the kingdom of God if we don't obey Him. They have super strict rules like: women shouldn't cut their hair or wear pants, jewelry or make up, that's vanity. Since I do, they would always tell me things or make faces at me for doing so. The reason why I don't go there anymore it's because I don't think God is like that. I think I understand what you say, but it's hard to accept that all the people I know and trust (parents, sisters, husband, friends) are wrong about something I was always told to believe in and defended. I am confused! Everybody thinks I'm turning away from God from believing in something I read from the internet, they say that I have no faith. But I don't feel any farther or closer to God. My question is : what do you think that these leaders want? it's not money, could it be control over people since everybody is afraid of the end of the world and/or dying and not being saved?

Everyone in the Universe (including you, me and GI) essentially seeks very similar things: acceptance, respect, appreciation, admiration and eventually love. The actual result depends on HOW (by what means) one seeks those things. The best way is of course to become a better person (develop and advance the Self).
Unfortunately, some people choose to rely on misleading/unverifiable claims/promises in their hope to attract attention for themselves. Those who claim to represent The Creator are the worst, because they use fear to restrict the Freedom of Choice and Freedom of Thought of others.
Do you REALLY think that God needs a proxy????
As you know, you can always insist that you prefer DIRECT contact with God, rather than listening to some proxies. Note that the direct way is actually the only way....

Hi Alisia. Priests in the church claim or presume to know the mind of god, and god's will, by their self-proclaimed authority.
Ask your self a simple question. Are they living lives by example that you aspire to live, or are they just the same as you and everyone else? Let them stay in their self-contradictory rules and regulations. Many men who claim to represent god as priests, have committed atrocities against humans and young children. It becomes evident that they do not have anything special that sets them above you or gives them any authority to tell you how to live your life wiser than you can derive. Trust yourself and stop giving away your power, which is what seems to be happening!!!!!! A crisis of faith is an invitation by god, to discover the truth, because faith is not truth!!!!
The damage from what they are telling you can be greater than anyone can imagine. Only those who seek direct contact with the creator for themselves are the ones that are truly seeking to know god. It is truly knowing something when you actually touch the divine (gods love), that can never be taught or explained in words by a religion. I can verify from my personal experience that through meditation I have at times felt such deep love for myself and everyone around me that I thought I would explode. That to me was the greatest indicator that what I was doing was gods will. I have never got that in church.
I know I am not going to heaven, because there is no such a thing, and I am not going to hell for the same reason. Further, I see and talk to the people who claim they are going to heaven and I would rather be elsewhere than spend eternity with such poorly developed intellects, who carry so much harshness and cruelty, yet hide behind the guise of superior morality.
I look forward to residing in the light until I choose my next life, and have no fear whatsover of dying. [pauld]
First of all I want to thank you for the comments I got. Well, here's the thing: they do live very decent lives, they do set examples in many things. I think that from all the religions, it is the best one. But that's the problem, they are alot like a religion. They tell us to focus only on the spiritual things, but I don't think they know what those spiritual things are because they are very concerned telling people what they should or should not do. Like I said before, they criticize people alot for things that are not very important. They don't believe in things that are not normal for them (auras, astral body, etc.) That's why I don't think they know what it means to focus on spiritual things. But anyway, I don't believe anymore everything people tell me just because of fear. I want to know the truth of God and His plan, but I think I can find my own way to get to Him.
